IELTS tip #12

IELTS - Speaking Module

It is OK to pause to think
You get better marks if you take your pauses to think instead of mumbling through a sentence, using filler words or repeating what you've already said. Don't be afraid to take a moment to collect your thoughts when you are in a pickle. Express - "Let me see..." - and continue when you're ready.
